Rapper Fik Fameica says that a lot of sacrifices, communication, planning, and agreements are needed for artists to have successful collaborations.
Last year, Fik Fameica dropped collaborations with various artists including Marioo, Aroma, Gael Will, and Mozelo Kidz, among others.

His fans have questioned why he hasn’t blessed them with a couple of singles in a while. He explains that the collaborations he made needed to be given time to enjoy airplay before resuming with the singles.
You have to understand that when you collaborate with someone, it depends on your agreement and plans.
People might think I didn’t release enough music last year but that’s not because I don’t have enough music but because I sacrificed that time for those collaborations to enjoy airplay.
For a whole year, I released collaborations with talented artists. I have only resumed to release singles this year.
Fik Fameica further urged artists to always ensure that they communicate amongst themselves to avoid clashes in music releases, especially collaborations.
