Alien Skin Meets AIGP Ubaldo Bamunoba Over Ongoing Conflict with Pallaso

On Thursday, Ugandan singer Alien Skin and his music camp held a crucial meeting with AIGP Ubaldo Bamunoba at the Uganda Police headquarters in Naguru. The discussion centered on resolving the ongoing tensions between Alien Skin and fellow musician Pallaso, following their high-profile physical altercation at the start of the year.

Taking to X (formerly Twitter), AIGP Bamunoba confirmed the meeting, explaining that it was initiated to address the controversy and promote peaceful conflict resolution in the music industry.

“Today, I had a meeting with musician Alien Skin @PoliceUg Headquarters in Naguru. This meeting was initiated due to the recent controversies involving Alien Skin and Pallaso.”

Police Advocate for Mediation Instead of Revenge

During the meeting, AIGP Bamunoba urged Alien Skin to abandon thoughts of revenge, instead encouraging him to seek mediation and peaceful resolutions to avoid escalating tensions.

“I advised Alien Skin to avoid taking matters into his own hands through revenge and instead pursue mediation and peaceful resolutions. I also promised to contact Pallaso to help resolve their disputes peacefully and promote harmony between the two artists.”

Bamunoba further emphasized that musicians play a significant role as influencers and role models for young fans, making it essential for them to set a positive example rather than engaging in public conflicts.

Will Pallaso Accept the Mediation Offer?

With the police now actively involved, attention shifts to whether Pallaso will agree to a similar meeting to resolve their differences amicably. AIGP Bamunoba expressed his commitment to reaching out to both artists in a bid to de-escalate tensions and restore harmony within the Ugandan music industry.

This intervention highlights the growing concern over rivalries within the entertainment sector, with authorities now stepping in to ensure peace among artists and maintain a positive industry image.

    What’s Next?

As fans await Pallaso’s response, the question remains—will the two artists finally put their differences aside, or will tensions continue to rise?
