Blueface is giving his growing family a major upgrade.
The rapper recently moved into a sprawling $2.25 million property in Moorpark, California, according to sources familiar with the sale, with the new home arriving just in time for the birth of his newborn son.
The property stretches across more than 5,000 square feet and comes loaded with luxury features, including five bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, mountain views and a four-car garage.
So, yeah — there should be plenty of room.
Blueface was chauffeured to the gated property in a Maybach Sprinter provided by Stratos. He was joined by Christian Crane of Agents of LA, who represented him in the purchase, as well as former Death Row Records producer and real estate investor Eric “C-Style” Yokoyama.
Then came the closing gift.
Agents of LA presented Blueface with a custom gold key featuring Jesus Christ, and the rapper was photographed wearing the oversized piece around his neck.
That detail may be just as memorable as the house itself.
The purchase also marks another real estate move involving Crane, who previously worked with Blueface on his Canyon Country property.
But the new house could potentially become more than just Blueface’s latest piece of real estate.
The purchase had a reality-TV flavor, with Tai Savet, owner of Agents of LA and creator of VH1’s Love & Listings, also on the scene. Savet even teased the possibility of another real estate show inspired by the world surrounding deals like this one.
“We might just see another real estate show inspired by this world coming to the urban market,” Savet told TMZ.
For Blueface, the timing couldn’t be more notable. With a new baby and a new $2.25 million home, the rapper is entering a fresh chapter — and this time, the house comes with its own very shiny key.
